I've had buffalo chicken and dill pickle chips in Philly, amazing. Also I've seen Ketchup flavored chips in many places in NY. It's common enough. Remember, Americans put Ketchup on everything

Ketchup chips have been my favourite chip since I was a kid. I'm from TO and have been bringing ketchup chips to my people in the states for years at their request. Ketchup and all dressed are the truth.
