The issue with Deadpool/X-Men Movie toys, is that Marvel owns the merchandising rights to the characters. So they’re allowed to be deceptive and use the comic costumes and random outfits with movie like packaging in order to make $. Notice last time that we got all the comic Wolverine pops around Logan’s release. Marvel cashed in and made their bread on the merchandising even though they don’t have the movie rights
