Really considering the Founders Program for $150/year but then it turns out you have to pay for shipping of each one they send you which is an extra $41.70 so it's close to $200 for that one. It's about $32 ($25 + $7 shipping) if you want to only pay for the first one to get the Hulbuster.

i thought about it at first but the only difference is the "statue" which if its like whats shown, im not interested. you also dont receive it until April 2016. ill stick to the month to month.
AND the fact that i had to drop $192 upfront..

If I do it, I'll keep it until I get a "dud". It's Marvel only, so it can't be that bad. Those are the ones that pique my interest, so it's very intriguing.
If it was random Funko's I would pass easily. Doesn't seem like a bad deal, you can give the other stuff away as gifts. I have a ton of nieces and nephews, and kid's b-day parties where I can unload that stuff.

i mean you still pay it regardless. its like $33 after shipping month to month, i have NerdBlock and its about the same.
its worth it for the Hulkbuster alone.

Yah I don't think you're getting what I am saying. I know I'd have to pay for it, I am not saying I am not going to pay for it if I wait it out. I am hesitant because of the extra cost/total cost after shipping.

It's not the struggle to let go of the money, it's the fact that shipping is $7 for each shipment of a $25 content, that just seems high to me as I've seen heavy and big boxes/packages with contents much higher than $25 shipped for the same amount or even less. I would also like to do the Founders Program off the get go to get that free statue, even if it sucks, free is free so why not? I just wish shipping was already included or a bit cheaper.
I guess I was more caught off guard when I tried to checkout and saw that I was going to pay close to $200 than the $150 that was advertised.
I'll probably cave in the end anyways.

It's definitely a crapshoot but if you want to go the bi-monthly route, I believe they do preview what the upcoming box will include though I am not 100% sure on that.

There should be more too, the box is supposed to be worth $50 and a tee + vinyl figure only cost about $30 so yeah it sounds like a good deal.

i have nerdblock and had lootcrate simultaneously. this is perfect for me since i love marvel.
thats how i justify my subscriptions. the tshirt and POP when you get them is good enough. those screen printed tees go from like $15-$20 plus the price of a POP and whatever random crap they send you its worth it. although i think Marvel will have better items in their blocks and not just random crap.
nicest things ive gotten so far that i liked was the Joker Batman POP DeadPool POP and the shirts. oh and that 10-Doh! Alien Attacks.
most their other stuff i trade/sell off.

The think you got to keep in mind with the Marvel box is that I believe every item is made by Funko. So even the tee and accessories are designed/made by Funko.
I think other places like Loot Crate and such bundles up a bunch of other manufacturers.

oh really? i didnt know all the items were funko. i thought theyd just send a vinyl every block. even better, those items will be better quality.
