Legal Problems or Problems that require you to leave the country (Ex: Having to go to Mexico/El Salvador/France/Phillipines/etc because you bought someproperty there and now that you have finished paying off your debt, then you are required to travel to "X Destination" and get all the paperwork doneas well as check out that your property is in good shape).
