What is a good manual car for under $4500? I'm also looking for something to have good mpg and possibly leather.

You can't buy an M3, STI, Evo, or any good Mercedes for under 4500.

I got an '06 Manual Elantra for $3900.

Ford Taurus is good too cause for $4500 you can get a more recent model.
