Good TV for around $100??? (For the Kids room)

I wanna get a TV that around $100-140 total for my God Sons room, all he does is play Wii and watch dvd's of cartoons, any suggestions? id say at least 24inch-30?

What about Craigslist? Are you opposed to a CRT? I've seen plenty around 32" for about $50. You might even be able to pick up an older 32" LCD for around $100 on there.
