Robinson was told what D to run and has no clue how to run it. Problem is, he cant even mix up coverage. He just tells the guys to drop 20 yards and keep everything in front with tha soft zone he plays. He essentially hid his best secondary payer in Floyd by putting him at safety. Then played NOBODY on Doss. Spy him. Have Floyd follow him all over the field. that was Indys O late in the game. Put anybody all over him just to atleast take away that threat. The talent really isn't there but at least give the kids a chance to try and make plays. Bend, Dont Bteak doesn't cut it. There was also no reason to blitz safeties and not LBs who are really terrible against the pass. Take them out of the equation. Everytime they blitzed a LB, Chappell rushed and threw an incompletion.
Its a mix of RR and GRob and talent, but there is no end in the near future. Woolfolk would be a huge help but no help there.
Cousins might g for 500 against them next week.
Any recruit should look at that swiss cheese D and see they can play right away. Just wondering if anybody would want to.
