Google Docs E-mail Malware attack going around today...

BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS EMAILS.


I just received one to an email address I dont even have registered with them, nor have I used the card in months. Subject came as trasnactions on hold. Stating they needed verification of payment methods on the account (click a link) to verify now.


I just moved it to spam then deleted. Once i moved it though my phone flashed who the sender was and it was NOT Amex email address (didnt even contain amex in the address).
 
Not google docs but as of yesterday everytime i get an email my phone shows a notification saying my email cant access contacts, go to settings and grant permissions

New phone got it 23rd of April, hasnt done that until now. Havent opened any random emails or attachments etc. Idk
