She says yes my memory is stronger now than the day it happened (again 9 months ago, rolling stop at a stop sign), Is the offender in the room? Says yes, points at me. Judge finds me guilty. No evidence.

Usually when evidence is not presented your attorney is supposed to work with the DA office to either have it dismissed or reduce the charge.

Plus if you were going to trial, should have asked for a jury trial.
