I'm not sure. It's unclear if content in the season pass will include preorder bonuses or if the preorder bonuses will be available to purchase later on. I'd recommend just going with the preorder bonus that entices you the most.
The season pass features announced content. They've said what type of content it is(skins, missions, etc), but we don't know the names of all the content that the season pass provides. We'll know in 6 months, after the game has released.

I want all the exclusives but I guess I am going to stick to BestBuy to get those Booster Packs early in the game? Just wish BB still had one of those LEs available though.

Man if I didn't pre-order the limited edition PS4 bundle I'd just wait to cop the GOTY edition of AK next year so I could have all the Batman and Batmobile skins and the Red Hood DLC.

I was at work all day today literally just fantasizing about playing this.
I have dreams about playing this.
I haven't been this hype about a game since GTAV back in 2013, and honestly I ended up kinda disappointed (probably because my expectations were too high). I hope the same doesn't happen in June.
I'm headed to Gamestop to secure my pre-order tomorrow, and hopefully finally copping a PS4 next week

If you buy it from gamestop, you'd probably still get the download code to get the GS exclusives.

No can do. I have to buy my PS4 from Best Buy since I have a gift card. It doesn't make sense to cop from anywhere else if I already have money down on it at one retailer
