So far these are the only details known. Sounds like it could be AR Challenge Maps and hopefully with dual takedowns.

This pack, which has been revealed by the game’s new update, seems like will allow players to use Catwoman, Robin and Nightwing together with Batman. Not much else is known about this pack but we will surely learn more about it soon enough.

You can use the 1989 batmobile in game. You just have to wiped out every militia tank.
