Gourmet Desisto-Sizing Help?

NT I need some help. Normally I ONLY wear Nikes, but I've been contemplating copping a pair of Gourmets. Specifically the Gourmet Desisto. I don'tknow anyone who has a pair so I don't know how the wear (if their true to size or run small or large). Need some help.

I remember them being about a half size small from when I tried a pair on.
