The "old dude" is Adrian Newey!  Think of him as the Tinker Hatfield of F1 designs, but still designing shoes and outselling everything else.  

Anyway, yeah, that was just a mock-up of the X1/2010.  I doubt it'll be ever built... too many things to consider.  

Like you said, the budget would be astronomical.  The G-forces would be crazy, but I think they should be able to handle the G's from acceleration/braking.  It's the lateral/sideways G's that will be harder IMO.  Taking the 130R at 300+kmh 

... Probably over 10G's.  

Then there's the issue of tires as well... I don't know if there are tires that can handle those loads.

Take a premium car into the photo area in the bottom right corner of the your GT life screen. Just mess with the camera options to get the different photo styles.
Then go out to your GT life screen, go to the camera ico, select your pic and export it to the XMB. Then throw it on a USB, add to your comp and upload it.
