I've been checking on eBay for some of these lighters but noticed that they're mostly shipped from Hong Kong.

Does anyone know if these clear customs easily if u order ...?
Do you have to pay any special tax..?
Do you get noted for buying such things?

But for real though you're def asking for trouble if you wanna buy this stuff.
Some kid had something like this. It was a fake/real looking cap gun. He was showing it off at the park and parents called the cops and he got shot by police. Died instantly.

check ur local state laws. these are illegal in a lot of states and if you get caught w/ one by the cops, not only is there a 100% chance you will be shot, you will also go to jail.

and if they are shipping from HK, dont even bother, customs will take that away 90% of the time.
