Halloween in Vegas?

Afternoon Southwest!

I'm from Australia and will be in the US from Oct 14 to Nov 16 and are lucky enough to be in Vegas for Halloween!

Can anyone tell me what the deal is? if you wear a full costume will you still get into clubs? what are dress standards like for halloween?

and where would be a good place to go that night?
