The thing is, no one will know it's him except for a select few probably, which is turning me off. Your costume has to be known in order to be successful IMO.

the 501st is the official costuming club of Star Wars.  They pretty much approve that you're whatever Star Wars costume you make is 100% accurate and you get to join fundraising/trooping events with them.  I don't plan on ever going that far with mine, but it'd be nice just to get some recognition that all the hard work I put in this damn thing was worth it

The 5 panel caps retail around $45 but resell around $80 at the cheapest. I have a supreme fitted but idk if that would work
