Any tips on getting into a good regimented diet for somebody who has trouble gaining weight?
I have always had a very high metabolism and a skinny build and just recently started trying whey protein 2-3 times a day as well as eating more, any other tips you can give or anybody here with the same build/situation?
Plans are to hit the gym once I bulk up, but right now I'm just doing push ups in between whey shakes, and eating 3-4 meals a day, (I hear 6 might be a little better)...
Any other tall and skinny people (or formerly) in the place today?!
