I got sent the wrong item twice and Im still waiting on them to contact me for a refund. It's been almost a week since I called them about my issue and they're not taking any customer service calls due to the large volume of returns/exchanges. I was wondering if anybody else had a similar problem.

I just sent back a pair of Naked and Famous jean because they didnt fit. Delivery status said it was delivered today, hope i get my refund in a timely manner. You've got me paranoid now.

I use to order stuff from Plndr because I'd see the **** they post in the emails they sent. Unsubscribed from the emails and haven't bought anything from them since.
