The soles should show more yellowing but the 1s look a little better in these pix..I think you may be ok..I can tell you there is 0% chance they came laced like that from the factory..Definitely betting their worn for sure...Also lace tips should be plastic if im not mistaken. Bite them and see if they're metal or plastic.
