Help Identifying a Nike Shoe From 1985

This shoe looks like a nike Blazer to me but I am not an expert so I am asking all of you for help. The tongue is Nylon. The code after the size is 850709HS.

The closest thing that I could find in the "Sole Provider" book, is the "Recognition".
