Some parts were good like when she "haha"'d at me and thanked me, but at other parts I felt really shaky and awkward.

Okay there are so many problems with this.  
As everyone else has said dont say something like please respond if she doesn't respond she could have gone away from her computer or isn't feeling you.  In the second scenario you should have waited a couple days and struck up a convo and seen how it went.  

Second you have to be polite.  

When she says nice talking to you did you seriously respond with oh?

Say something like nice talking to you also. And then follow it up with talk to you later.

Third never say something like the I will help you fix it or the car line ever again in your lifetime.

Lastly if you try to talk to her again wait like 5 days and message her again otherwise you are going to seem way more desperate than you already do and that is never attractive to a girl.
