I would say you do.

The jumpman on the tongue & heel don't look right and something about the shape seems off to me. The stitching lines across the heel tab right above the jumpman seem pretty janky and uneven. I'd say fake but wait for others to give thier opinions to be sure my check is accurate.

Usually on 3's... the 3 lace loops are textured not smooth.. I would say they're fakes
