Hey folks, I need help with setting up my business...

...trying to go LLC with my photography stuff.

But I don't know where to start.

I just got finished taking Business Law last semester.

I'll shoot you the stuff I have via email.

I'll make copies, scan, make them into PDFs.

Gotta get the stuff from my boy though, who's taking it now...

I had to go through trade name registration with the court system (upper marlboro) then get an EIN over on your side @ state department (baltimore) then openup a business account at your local bank.

That should pretty much get you rolling.

Tommie, go down to the business incubator on Boston Street. They'll help you out with all of that. If not there then go to the one in columbia. That'swhat they're designed to do.
