Go with APC or any other brand you like that are not too slim and have them altered. This really is your best option.

Anyone else have a man bag?

I’ve been using Supreme waist bags for a while and wanted something nicer for weekends and for my camera

Not for work or laptop but big enough for random things and Gucci released the men’s hobo bag

I think this is a great compromise between a waist bag and a messenger bag
