A fair assessment! For me personally, I appreciate that the vast majority of Hedi's work is wearable, and spans a specific fad and timeframe. On the other side of the spectrum, I applaud Virgil for immediately putting his stamp on LV, but again, personally, a lot of the pieces I've seen are tiptoeing the line of tacky.

Yikes, this Virgil collection is complete trash. I’m happy to see him get this opportunity. I remember seeing/hanging out with him around a lot of parties in Chicago a decade or so ago so it’s nice to see his growth but damn, his work with LV is terrible. His gig might be up.
