Seems like the neighborhood is a detractor which is crazy to me. Somebody is going to get a great little house though

Yes that date is all part of the contract. And depending on the situation, you can get extensions and such.

We have until next Friday, so we dropped the price a little bit and we are having another open house this weekend.

Hoa fees always scared me away from condos in general. I'm kinda lucky to live in an area where the HOAs are only common amongst the super ritzy areas. You can find a lot of great cribs with no HOAs at all. In the city proper it's mostly condos.
