Nene and Capela came up big, and Nene's points were definitely needed because Ryan Anderson didn't d anything. Sort of confused about the shortened lineup with Bev back. Bev being back shouldn't leave KJ on the bench, that should limit Brewer while giving more time to KJ. IDK. Point Beard

That would be ideal. Good lord though, how/why did we end up with so many early road games stacked like that??

Houston right now is 5th in the league in 3P%. Finished 19th last year, despite attempting the second most. Leading in attempts this year.

HOU is 4th in offensive rebounding % and 10th in defensive rebounding % this year. Last year: sixth, and dead last.

HOU is 14th in pace this season. Finished 7th last season.

HOU is 3rd in the league in total rebounding percentage so far. They were 22nd last year.

That game was bad on so many levels. They came out with no energy, and loads of missed shots. Look at Ariza, Anderson, and Gordon's shots. That's an ungodly amount of misses. And it's baffling that Harden was the only person to get to the 3 point line. I'm not even that bothered by Harden's massive amount of TOs, cause he was simply trying to make **** happen while things were falling flat. Derozen literally hit nothing in the first half, then hit everything in the second. Didn't matter where either. 3s, layups, midrange, he truly looked like Jordan out there. And good ol Corey Joseph, averages 6.8 points a game, but managed to get off 17 points last night. It never fails with this team letting guys who barely get mentioned get off on them.

According to a Friday morning report from Marc Stein and Calvin Watkins of ESPN, the Houston Rockets have pulled their latest offer to power forward Donatas Motiejunas off the table. While the two sides have hit yet another wall in their seemingly never-ending negotiations, the restricted free agent big man remains in limbo in Houston.

As a result, Motiejunas has stated that he is both “surprised and upset” that no deal has been reached over the course of more than five months of ongoing negotiations.

“You always move on; we’re not waiting for him,” said Rockets’ head coach Mike D’Antoni. “You try to develop guys and develop roles and we are doing that. At the same time, he’s that good where if things change, we’ll welcome him in and see what happens. But again, this is a time that he has to get good with himself, because it is a business and the organization is a business. Players have to do what they think is best for them.”

Earlier in the month, the Rockets had unofficially set a November 23 deadline for Motiejunas to accept their most recent offer. It is also worth noting that Wednesday was the last day that players could be signed for this season and remain eligible to be shipped out-of-town ahead of the league’s February 23 trade deadline.

The 26-year-old has spent his entire four-year NBA career in Houston to this point. However, he appeared in a career-low 37 regular season games last season en route to averaging 6.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 14.8 minutes per contest.

His best single-season effort came back in 2014-2015 as he appeared 71 regular season games while averaging an even 12 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists over the course of 28.7 minutes per outing.
