Take two tires at a time to be fixed/ checked for holes. You may need to patch it up.

If you're really stuck you can do it with a foot pump - but it takes a lot of pumping to fill a car tire.

 my friends did this to me twice & it definitely sucks, but an air compressor would do you some good. If not, get a jack, lift one end up, place jackstands, remove the wheels (l-r), & take two trips filling the tires up at a gas station.
