Im paying for 16 Mb/s service and 2Mb/s upload.

Verizon needs to come to stl quick..........although i dont want to pay $100+ for it either.

Charter has 60 Mb/s service now...but its like $100 and UPLOAD IS ONLY 4 Mb/s......that doesnt even make sense
