How much should a new mp3/cd deck cost for a car?

My girl wants one for her b-day because her car doesn't have an ipod hook-up and the cd slot doesn't work. It's an 07 mini cooper.

it just needs to have a way to play her ipod/iphone... preferably a chord that plugs into the phone as opposed to an aux cord both is cool too...

Check ebay first if you don't see a price that's too appealing. My brother got me one for my car for Christmas for I think $80 and my friend installed it so I got lucky there.

Bestbuy is terrible. Stay away from them. Look up mobile audio shops in your area, they'll get the job done correctly and relatively cheap. For what you need you're looking at around 200-250 including installation.
