i usually charge to its full capacity . . then drain it to about 10% or lower . . & fully charge again.

that's for my sidekick3, ipod, & macbook.

what about you all?

i heard it isn't good to have lithium ion batteries on the charger all the time.

usually charge up the cell phone and charge it back up in a couple days when it almost dies....and the ipod is always charged up to full capacity because itstays hooked up to my car stereo
