How to make a FREE custom shoe shipping box via USPS Priority mail TUTORIAL

i used to use the USPS Shoe box(slimmer size) one to convert(flip around and cut) to ship USPS first class box for caps. now they labeled the inside(the brown cardboard) with print that says USPS, so I can't ship first class anymore.
yeah I had a nazi get on me once on the one in the video.....he rejected it and I stopped going to that location.

Quick question tho... When you make the new fold line with the box cutter isn't there a chance of actually cutting the box up? or do you just go deep enough to actually indent the new line?

If they're giving you problems just wrap it in brown paper. Nothing they can say about that they dont know what kind of box is under it. Great idea though man never thought of it.
