Just like on PC, right click and save as. If you're not using a mouse, 2 fingers on the mouse pad, and click the button.

or you can drag the picture to your folder or desktop.

You can even drag it from the internet window to the desktop and it'll save...

I'm not on my MBP, but try "Shift + Apple + 4" it's the snap shot feature. Take pics of anything.

just click & hold the control button and then just click on the mouse button, after that just save as to iphoto or desktop..

hold ctrl and click the the picture you want to save. It should say "save image as..."

game controller, not Windows.
