I guess Miami also barely beat the Knicks Game 1, oh and the Spurs barely beat the Jazz Game 2

With a 17 year old Rubio, not sure if Victor Claver even played in those games, Fernandez was just heading over to the NBA, Pau was coming off an injury and Marc Gasol was just recently the fat brother of Pau that was a throw in to the Grizzlies for his brother.

If you took the Spain guys off their NBA teams and let them only play together with their Olympic team they would %!@!%!* dominate the league. No dambs given.

55-27.  Conference finals on a really good year, don't see them taking it all unless Rubio turns into a crunchtime assassin.  Top heavy team whose stars could take them far, but the lack of depth would catch up with them.


Perimeter depth is weak.  They'd have some trouble with the longer 3 point line, Illegal defense, and lack of finishers at the rim. 
But imagine the interior passing from both Gasol brothers.
