there is nothing wrong with Shaqs commentary
the same monotone and sometimes jumbled dialogue you get now
is a part of the same character you've loved for the past 20 yrs.

if not simply turn the channel instead of letting nt's popular opinion dictate
how you live and in turn cause you to create useless threads like a broad.

Dude's television essences is so wet blanket...He brings nothing to the table just states the obvious and makes wack jokes and personal jabs. I don't get how some one so successfull and big can be so insecure.
Charles leaving would be ok if they turned the show over to C.Webb and let him ran it. C.Webb really has the best commentary around right now its not close. His knowledge of the game is great and I feel like he really explains the nuissances of the game in a way the other guys can't...knowing TNT thought they'll **** it up and let Shaq be the face and ruin it.

Shaq has DEFINITELY calmed down since last year. He's no longer argumentative and he doesn't HAVE to be right/ have the last word. It's like the producers coached him on what to do. Last year was PAINFUL so much tension. It's like he had severe only-child syndrome.

I don't mind Shaq. He gets his points in.
There's just too many heads on the show. Shaq is the only one who can replace Charles. Kenny is the brain who needs to be partnered with a doofus. It's an Emmy winning show not because of its basketball insight. Shaq doesn't quite have the likable humor that Charles has but hopefully Kenny can pick him apart and bring something out of him. Still got the food related jokes to transfer over to Shaq.

Shaq the person is cool, but his television persona is outdated and corny. The colloquialisms, Non sequiturs, yak yak and others, do not add anything and are annoying, they simply allow him to be heard.
