It happens all the time on 4th st. in Long Beach. And thats a pretty good part of Long Beach. At least once a month I'll pass by a car with its window smashed out, or I'll see glass on the floor from where a car is parked. It happens so much that the cops have these volunteers scouting out the block on the weekends.
