I used to work for UPS when I was 18. Did the loading, sorting and unloading. I got cool with the drivers and I would get paid also for driver helping. I delivered a lot of packages and dealt with a lot of drivers. All I'm going to say is being nice and tipping for driver or simply offering him a drink will go a long way...especially if you are constantly ordering stuff online. The drivers can and will go that extra mile just to get a package to you

I just leave a note saying " leave package ___ here" and sign it, even if the package requires Sig. Confirmation.

Or

I Leave a note at the door saying " I'm home, sleeping, please bang on the door! " he yells out UPS and starts banging on the door like a swat team cracking down a meth house...
