What'd he do?Envy is a BAN.
What'd he do?
I wish the best for Tax, but after listening to dude talk reckless on his podcast, it's really hard for me to sympathize with him. Tax was the provocateur in this drama.
...Even with his situation with Ebro, you can't lay a finger on dude, so why are you going so hard? Dude you have a solid following, you made a name for yourself coming out of prison, and you're one of the premier players in a resurging Brooklyn hip-hop scene. I get talking greasy to get your notirary up, but at some point you're messing up your bread. No surprise at all why he's in the situation he's in.
The feds have a 95% conviction rate. So no, they dont just throw things together hoping to close a case. That couldnt be further from facts. Which is probably why they havent charged the M yet, they're still working the angles on that particular charge. Maybe your local AO does that, not the feds.
hol' up is this an actual fed case? everybody keep referring to da "feds" got me confused
What'd he do?
Ty with the facts again.
You been on a good run lately. Just drop defending designer....and you batting 100%

Envy look like the type to go meet trump
Feds or not they will use the evidence they have in general to create & mold their narrative to make a story stick. So while they may not for sure have proof that Tax shot that gun or that he even owned it, they have enough evidence to have that narrative play out in court. Feds don't give a **** about the truth, they want the conviction ESPECIALLY when your talking a multiple time felon, who was a ranking gang member & a hip hop personality.
Also is Kenneth Montgomery really Troy's lawyer? if so i wonder how that plays out in court considering he & Tax seem to have a good relationship. Obviously Ken gonna do his job, but i wouldn't be surprised if The courts figure this as some sort of conflict of interest.
Nah this case was more than likely getting turned over to the feds anyway, even without the interstate element. He still would get charged with federal poss as a felon.Yep, the fed part is the gun was from Florida. Interstate trafficking.
Exactly they not wasting time and money on charges they don't realistically think they can get convictions on. Assuming they get some new evidence or something they could add the M down the line but they would have to go back to the grand jury with a superseding indictment, etcThe feds have a 95% conviction rate. That's a local charge
It can be state or fed bruh believe me
Edit: hell google it if you dont
Bruh I personally know "small time" _'s that weren't public figures nor involved in a murder that have went to the Feds for possession of a firearm by a felon in a gun friendly state
PLENTY of dudes hit the Feds for weapon charges every year, do know what the ATF is?
Did I say they didn't.
Does Troy have federal charges?
No. Troy is getting charged with 2nd degree attempted murder and possession strictly for what happened after the green room ****. BUT he not a 2x felon nor did anybody die because of his actions (according to them)
First you insinuate Tax only fed charge is interstate commerce as if poss by a felon can't be Fed, which is false cause his ONLY charges right now are both Fed. Then you insinuate they wouldn't waste their time on him when they get involved with WAY lesser cases all the time. Cases that don't involve a high profile murder or a 2x violent felon. You saying feds "norrnally onlyget involved in.." sound dumb as hell cause they frequently get involved with whatever they or the state want them to get involved in if its within their jurisdiction.
Hell that female at Standing Rock just got her STATE attempted murder charge dropped so that the Feds could move forward with her poss of a firearm by a felon charge instead.
Based on the evidence they got right now they can't get Tax on murder so the next best thing is fed time with the higher minimums/completion times for poss by a felon.
Edit: always some _'s in these type of threads talking about **** they dont know about

Heard tax is out on 500k bail, he's gonna start inviting guests to come do interviews in the bama's now?

He's not out on bail. He made bail yesterday but today the prostecutors are appealing the bail offer because they want the judge to consider him a "flight risk".
They scared he gonna flee to Honduras
