If You Do Workout, What Is Your Motivation?

to keep myself in shape, confidence, etc.

with the right music, you just wanna keep going when you're there.
 
Fear of being fat/out of shape....i love working out....frankly, there's no reason NOT to do so
 
I seriously love working. I like how it makes me look but it feels even better, I can't go no more than 2 days without workingout.

my motivation comes from my will to succeed. to be able to go toe to toe with anyone and be able to win. in anything. competetivness. when it gets hard and ifeel like my body wants to quit i just think of how i wanna be able to go to the school of my choice when tht time comes. and tht those 1 or 2 reps or sprintscould be the difference. those ones matter the most.
