I prefer Tony Luc's but its not in the middle of the city. It's off the beaten path under the rt 76 overpass. Philly is small in city terms. The Franklin Institute is pretty cool. It's gonna be cold/rain/snow/sleet on Wed though. IDK if you really wanna be walking around.

If you're going to be in Olde City sightseeing, I would suggest Campos or Sonnys.
