i gave the tape 3 spins b/w NFL and a day off today. I support this dude. It's almost so bad that it is good, but he be saying some real ish
Now you hating if you say his beats aren't fire. Dude does speak on **** that I can relate to (petty drug sales, partying on the weekday, girl issues, etc).Real stuff like what? lol this kid just simply doesn't make good music. Take away his beats (which arent even good) and he has nothing. Like he doesn't even have a voice for music if that makes sense. Not to compare but you can put Offset from Migos on any type of beat and the kid will float on it, the songs I've heard from this guy suck lol. More power to the young king for doing something legal and persuing dreams, but I just cant get into this guy.i gave the tape 3 spins b/w NFL and a day off today. I support this dude. Rap is in a bad place if we're seriously comparing dudes like this and the Migos.
None of these ****** are saying ****. Keep it 100...y'all listening to these ****** for the flows and beats. They're all regurgitating the same repetitive topics.
I guess Jeezy and Pusha T and a handful of other rappers never regurgitated the same lingo and lyrics eitherRap is in a bad place if we're seriously comparing dudes like this and the Migos.

I'm saying Jeezy and Pusha have "regurgitated" the same topics and are very prominent, successful artists. I'm just saying you can't really make that an argument here.Who said they didn't?I guess Jeezy and Pusha T and a handful of other rappers never regurgitated the same lingo and lyrics either
Not sure what point you're trying to make here.
I'm just saying they're rappers that "regurgitate" the same topics but are pretty prominent and I bet you both listen to Jeezy and Pusha. So saying " oh he says the same **** over and over" can't be a reason to not like an artist is all I'm saying.you really comparing iLovePokemon to Pusha?I guess Jeezy and Pusha T and a handful of other rappers never regurgitated the same lingo and lyrics either
ohhh yeah I don't see the Thugger comparison at all. Nonetheless, I *** with Makonnen no Mike SamYou can't be serious comparing a ******* sport to an art form.
There's only but so many different shapes you can mold out of **** before you realize its still ****...which was MY point. Dudes were seriously about to engage in a debate about Young Thug and Makonnen...so I asked what exactly is there to compare? It can't be about skills...because that's not what either artists are trying to sell to you. Image is what moves people right now unfortunately. You've all accepted the fact that the music has totally moved away from what it was intended to do...and now are OK with repitition...just as long as the beats are hot and you're intrigued about what character they're portraying. When it gets to that point...how can you really even argue about artists?
Its like arguing about which hue of dog **** looks better.
Nobody care's about Young Thug's image. His image isn't hot. If his image was the appeal he'd only be hot to gay boys and weirdos. I don't even **** with Makonnen but what image/character is he selling people on? Fat boy who does hair and claims to sell drugs? People **** with Thug because of his sound, yea the production is a big part of that. You can't be serious comparing a ******* sport to an art form.
