Key been creating fuego for a long time. Me and my people brought him and Two9 out to my school a few years back and went to the studio where he recorded a track which never saw the light.
At first, I was not a fan of when he switched to his new autotune style but he has gotten incredibly better and constantly creates bangers. He works with many of these ATL guys that are recently buzzing and he's better than them. Not aware of the reason of why he don't get the clout like that.
"Le Local Sativa" and "When I Tried To Write For Cudi" are great works of art.
I hope he don't end up as one of them artists that are original but raw so they don't pop but someone who takes their style and refines it does

IDK if it's because I`m getting older, but Atlanta rap sucks minus Migos. All these Molly Rappers literally rapping about nothing. Any of these new ATL cats that actually rap about something? Not trying to hear raps about drugs and stuff, I got Migos for that.

Real stuff like what? lol this kid just simply doesn't make good music. Take away his beats (which arent even good) and he has nothing. Like he doesn't even have a voice for music if that makes sense. Not to compare but you can put Offset from Migos on any type of beat and the kid will float on it, the songs I've heard from this guy suck lol. More power to the young king for doing something legal and persuing dreams, but I just cant get into this guy.

I like some of his songs but not most of them. The songs I like though are super fire

There's only but so many different shapes you can mold out of **** before you realize its still ****...which was MY point. Dudes were seriously about to engage in a debate about Young Thug and Makonnen...so I asked what exactly is there to compare? It can't be about skills...because that's not what either artists are trying to sell to you. Image is what moves people right now unfortunately. You've all accepted the fact that the music has totally moved away from what it was intended to do...and now are OK with repitition...just as long as the beats are hot and you're intrigued about what character they're portraying. When it gets to that point...how can you really even argue about artists?

Nobody care's about Young Thug's image. His image isn't hot. If his image was the appeal he'd only be hot to gay boys and weirdos. I don't even **** with Makonnen but what image/character is he selling people on? Fat boy who does hair and claims to sell drugs? People **** with Thug because of his sound, yea the production is a big part of that.
