David Lee was hospitalized again this week and is expected to be out another two to three weeks after a second procedure on his elbow.Lee has been out since a collision with the Knicks' Wilson Chandler last week left a piece of Chandler's tooth in Lee's left elbow, causing the infection. Lee was in Stanford Hospital after doctors again tried to flush out the infection. Lee originally had hoped to be back this week, but doctors said the infection probably will require several more cleanings before he is given a clean bill of health.
