iPhone warranty question

My phone won't vibrate anymore. its still under warranty through apple so can i take my phone to wal-mart or the at&t store and get it replaced or do ihave to go to the apple store. the nearest one is three hours away

Not sure. You should call the Apple store and see how they handle that.
