Huge Big KRIT fan...he is one of the best doing it right now, you cant deny that. Kid is super talented with the beats, subject matter, and just keeping it real.
If it wasnt for certain factors in the rap game right now and cultural stereotypes...KRIT would have way more recognition then he does and be more popular across the board.
With that being said, all 3 of KRIT's albums have been released freely which have turned out great for us fans, but at the same time it may turn out to be quite the spoiler.
The samples he uses to craft the near flawless beats he makes for his albums dont have to be cleared...so it will be interesting to see what kinda product we get when clearance issues come into play...ala Live From the Underground.
And far as rapping goes...he has room for improvement. He can try different flows and witty and clever lines more. I know thats not his thing per say but it wouldnt hurt to add it to his portfolio. I mean correct me if im wrong but i dont think he has a gang of records we can point out where he is just spazzin.... but ayy neither does Kanye and we see how things have turned out for him.
This is my favorite freestyle of his tho....the kid can spit

KRIT is the best most complete new artist out right now. Nobody touches him. In turns of purely music/artistry, him and
Kendrick Lamar are head and shoulders above every other new rapper out, even the one's "who aren't considered rappers".
Keys words, most complete artist out right now.
***EDIT: "u cant even name 10 artists from the south that have released more heat than him in the last 3 years. u can exclude all the old heads and the new old head (the TI's Jeezy's Luda's)...their spots are solidified. Im talkin bout cats on the come up or in their beginning of their career...no more than 2 albums in. KRIT is def in the mix...how can u deny that?"
Word, there's nobody you could even compare him to with those factors taken out.
