Is charging your cell overnight bad?

I dunno if its a myth or not but I've never seen that significant of a difference in my BlackBerry's battery life from leaving it on overnight. I betit loses like something immaterial like 10% less hold after doing it for 2 years and by then I'll be on my 3rd phone.

I think it depends on the type of rechargeable battery your phone has. Like I know the iphone has a Lithium ion battery and that one you dont have to worryabout charging it overnight.
