Store managers make a living income and Sundays are closed, that's a great way to start to keep employees happy. It's usually a trickle down effect, if the person at the top is happy and cares for the job/establishment the rest of the squad is usually solid and the bad ones are weeded out ASAP. Some of these businesses lucky CFA don't open on Sundays, I swear.
