This maybe a dumb question but I would like to know.
I'm from California and I'm in Maryland right now
But for some reason I get winded way faster and my cough is way worse...

I was just wondering it the air is thinner is certain places or is the elevation higher?

Etc

Please answer this for me...
What about in New York?

Yes, it has to do with how much pollution is in the air.

If you live in an area with an abundance of trees it definitely makes a difference in the air quality.

In NC, it's mad trees all around me. No pun intended.

it depends on ur specific location. meaning are you in the city? in the burbs? in the mountains? newar a freeway

And about New York, went to New York for 2 weeks about a year ago. Currently live in Seattle with lots of trees and all about protecting the environment, driving hybrids, etc. HUGE difference.

You might not be used to the elevation.

Yes,higher you go, thinner the air and the harder it is to breathe.

Pollution, elevation, airflow and I'm sure other aspects make the air quality differ from place to place.
