What is the sole suppose to be clear?

The soles are supposed to be clear when you buy them new from a store, but over time the soles of the shoes start to yellow and in this point in time, all Cool Grey 11s should have some sort of yellowing on them.  If they don't have any yellowing then that is usually a sign that the shoes are fake unless the seller seaglowed or restored the soles.
