I now fully appreciate that first list. I took a History of Film class this spring. Those are big movies in history. M is really good. I didn't get to seeall of those on the list because we had limited time in class, but I loved that class and got to watch a lot of great movies. I think The Jazz Singer would bea waste of time, but for the history behind it I guess it would be good to watch. First "Talkie" with Al Jolson for those that don't know
 
I think as a man it is a must for me to have seen The Godfather Part I & II. It deals with some of the most complex issues that we will ever face.
