You lose zinc when you ejaculate. I think the RDA for zinc is 10mg. We have a hard time getting minerals through diet as it is, now we're wasting as much as 3mg of zinc depending on the load lol. If you're shooting blanks you are likely deficient in zinc already. Also, copper is an antagonist to zinc and most people get too much copper. Most of our water is coming from copper pipes. For better skin it's a good idea to supplement with 15-30mg of zinc. I notice a big difference when I stop supplementing because for all these years I've been slowly fapping my zinc stores away. You will preserve it with nofap.
But, I'm curious upon the stipulation about the 'claims' here about the 'true' physical case studies.  Like did hair get thicker, less white, or etc. etc.

Granted, it all depends on many variables.

I have so much energy from lifting & not faping it's not even funny just been cruising lately not even counting days .
 
This is my first time doing this and I'm on my 5th day. It was easy for me the first three days, but on the 4th I almost slipped. Luckily I recovered real quick. :lol:


I know that it's been discussed that porn is generally bad for us and that it's affected our brains, so I'm wondering if the no porn challenge is what really matters. If so, that's pretty easy to keep away from for me.

No longer doing full months of no fap, once a month is healthy. A man needs to clear the chamber out every once in a blue moon.

Once a month for me, or once every few months. Honestly going too long without a good release only encourages drunken behaviors like Tryna smash anything and thinking too much into any interactions you have with a female. Blow one off at the start of the month and stay skrong for the remainder. Anything over once in a months time and it becomes a problem.
